1. General Conditions for Acceptance
To qualify for a return, your garment must meet all of the following conditions:

Return window: Request must be made within 90 days from the delivery date (based on the confirmed delivery record).

Product condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Original state: Fabric must be intact with no rips, fraying, fading, or other damage; stitching, zippers, buttons, and trims must be in original working condition.

Tags & packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging (such as garment bags or boxes) must be included.

Proof of purchase: A receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email is required.

No alterations: The garment must not have been altered, resized, hemmed, or otherwise modified from its original design.
2. Return Procedure by Case
A. Liragap’s Fault
We consider it our fault if the garment you receive is:

Defective: Issues such as loose stitching, broken seams, torn fabric, misaligned prints/embroidery, or manufacturing flaws.

Damaged in transit: Rips, stains, moisture damage, or other physical defects caused during shipping.

Incorrect item: Wrong color, size, or style shipped compared to your order.
Cost: Completely free. Liragap will issue a prepaid return shipping label.
Solution: You can choose:

Replacement garment in the same style/color/size (if available), or
-
Full refund of the item’s value plus the original shipping fee.
B. Customer-Initiated Return
If the garment is in perfect condition but you wish to return it for reasons such as:

Change of mind.

Wrong size, style, or color selected by the customer.
Cost: Customer covers all return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and packing the garment carefully to avoid transit damage.
Solution: Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it meets Section 1 requirements, we will refund the product price (excluding original shipping charges).
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned (unless defective due to Liragap’s fault):

Gift Cards.

Final Sale / Clearance items.

Garments that have been worn, washed, ironed, altered, or treated in any way (including use of perfumes, deodorants, smoke exposure, or detergents).

Garments damaged due to improper care or storage (e.g., mold, color fading, tearing caused by external factors).
4. Return Process
Step 1 – Request a Return

Order number (found in your confirmation email or receipt).

Reason for return (brief description).

For defective/damaged items: Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue (close-ups and full item shots are recommended).

Step 2 – Receive Instructions

Our customer care team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

We will send you a Return Authorization email with:

Approval confirmation.

Instructions on how to pack and ship your garment.

A prepaid return shipping label if the return is due to Liragap’s fault (damage, defect, or incorrect item).

Step 3 – Pack & Ship Your Return

Place the garment neatly in the original packaging, if available, or in a suitable protective bag/box.

Ensure all tags, labels, and accessories are included.

Seal the package securely to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the shipping label provided (or your own if return shipping is customer-paid).

Processing Time: We will initiate a refund within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned garment to confirm it meets our return conditions.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Store credit is available only upon request.

6. No Restocking Fees
At Liragap, we believe returns should be fair and hassle-free. That’s why we never charge restocking fees on eligible returns — no matter the reason.
7. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Transit Time: Standard delivery typically takes 4–6 business days from shipment.

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day; orders placed after will be processed the next business day.
